Requirements

• Experience in school districts, preferably Alpha Public Schools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience implementing and supporting K12 projects.
• Previous tutoring experience preferred.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule within the school district and remotely.
• Experience using technology platforms.
• Knowledge of best practices for engaging students.
• Data-driven approach for continuous improvement discussions.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
