Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of Python-based ETL pipelines, specifically designed to manage global commercial insurance data.

• Development of new functionality in the Python-based ETL pipeline
• Maintenance and optimization of existing pipelines
• Plan capacity and sizing of service components
• Coordinate operations and maintenance of software and databases
• Maintain service-related documentation
• Monitoring and SLA Management
• Document and optimize processes and configurations
• Coordinate with stakeholders for releases and changes
• Manage service-related risk assessments and audits

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in data engineering
• 2 years’ experience with data-oriented Python (Polars, Pandas, Pyspark)
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture
• ITIL knowledge
• Experience with software as a service concept
• Strong analytical skills
• Organizing abilities
• Strong customer focus
• Advanced English is a must
