AMS Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an AMS Consultant to support customer processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, within a shift system. In this role, you will collaborate closely with application users and customers, ensuring smooth operations and effective issue resolution.

In Short

• Daily tasks: working with the processes of the customer (Incident-, Problem-, Change- Management) in a shift system
• Communication and strong cooperation with the application users and the customers
• Daily meetings with the team, occasional meetings with the customer
• Administration of tasks and technical jobs for the application
• Creating and continuously maintaining the documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer or technical support (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong English skills (mandatory) and German understanding (required).
• Strong problem-solving and research skills.
• Proactive, prompt, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Availability for on-call duty and night shifts.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
