CX Project Manager - Remote

We are looking for a knowledgeable and flexible Project Manager to join our Technical Customer Support team.

In Short

• Establish and manage stakeholder expectations and success criteria for the overall project
• Develop, maintain, and monitor the Project Plan
• Communicate project information, including; status reporting, meeting actions, change requests, risk reports, issue logs, schedule and budget performance charts, etc.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating project duration and cost, managing project budget, creating detailed project plans and managing project change life-cycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive resources through delivery of objectives
• Manage team to complete systems analysis, solutioning, design, building, testing, implementation, and post implementation activities
• Coordinate resources and timetables across departments
• Manage project requirements and risks to ensure goals are met
• Managed budget and timeline constraints
• Collaborate on department efforts / project so to provide drive standardized project management methodologies

Requirements

• 5+ years proven project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of certifications and/or experience.
• Strong technical aptitude to assess and communicate technical risks or challenges effectively.
• Excellent presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Creative and flexible problem-solver, capable of leveraging solutions for positive outcomes.
• Solid understanding of company and business issues.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
• Proven expertise in core project management functions, including multi-resource management, work breakdown, and managing project issues, risks, dependencies, and schedules
• Clear and concise communication skills in both oral and written formats
