Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy adults Locality Team based in North Lincolnshire Council. The management is extremely supportive and there is flexibility around hybrid working.

In Short

• Protect adults at risk through robust assessments.
• Use safeguarding procedures with an emphasis on making safeguarding personal.
• Assess needs of adults and their carers in line with relevant procedures.
• Formulate and implement personal budgets and support plans.
• Monitor, review, and evaluate support plans.
• Provide supervision and support to team members.
• Act as a deputy for the Team Leader.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work.
• Registered with the SSSC.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
