Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy Initial Assessments Team based in Tower Hamlets.

• You will coordinate a holistic assessment of individuals' needs and risks.
• Establish and review an initial support plan in collaboration with the service user.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
