Overview

A Qualified Social Worker is needed to join a busy team in Hull, providing assessment, care management, and social work services to children and their families.

In Short

• Provide assessment and care management services to children and families.
• Work with Children Looked After and undertake statutory visits.
• Complete Personal Education Plans and Care Plans.
• Experience with Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children.
• Manage a caseload and meet court deadlines.

Requirements

• Hold a Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
• Post-qualified experience in social work.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
