An exciting job role has recently become available in Cheshire. They are looking for a new member for their Adults with Learning Disability Team.

In Short

• Assess the need for social work services.
• Identify risks and the need for protection.
• Determine the method of intervention.
• Advise on the use of appropriate social services.
• Liaise with other professionals and agencies.
• Manage and monitor an allocated workload.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of services.
• Supervise students where appropriate.
• Work within statutory obligations.
• Hybrid working - only 2 days office based per week.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
