Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adults Localities team based in Knowsley.

In Short

• Conduct needs assessments and support planning.
• Engage in risk assessment and management.
• Attend MARAM meetings to address potential risks.
• Safeguard individuals and navigate the Mental Capacity Act.
• Make Best Interests decisions and work with the Court of Protection.
• Carry out Continuing Healthcare assessments.
• Participate in Decision Support Tool meetings.
• Provide compassionate and proactive support.
• Work within a supportive team with training opportunities.
• Remote/hybrid working available.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
