An exciting job role has recently become available at the London Borough of Newham. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Services team. This role offers a total of £32 for the contract duration with 36 capped hours per week. It’s highly flexible allowing hybrid working.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Conduct face-to-face assessments
• Perform ward visits
• Work collaboratively with the hospital team and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support to adults in need
