Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join an Adult Community Mental Health Team based in Liverpool.

Requirements

• Conduct assessments and deliver services under the Care Act 2014, including Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Best Interest Assessments.
• Prepare Social Circumstances Reports for Sections 2, 3, and 37 Tribunals/Appeals.
• Manage complex hospital discharges from Acute Wards, Forensic Mental Health Wards, and Rehabilitation Units.
• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
