Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Social Worker to join an Adults Mental Health team based in Wakefield.

In Short

• Support individuals with mental health conditions as a Senior Social Worker.
• Manage a complex but manageable caseload.
• Supervise student social workers and other employees.
• Undertake planned interventions across statutory casework.
• Promote collaborative working with allied health and social care professionals.
• Prepare client reports to ensure comprehensive care.
• Work collaboratively within an integrated team alongside NHS colleagues.
• Provide essential support to the Team Manager.
• Ensure enforcement action when necessary to protect clients.
• Make a significant impact on the lives of those supported.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
