Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Sandwell based within the Looked After Children team.

In Short

• Work with children and families to achieve desired outcomes.
• Discharge care orders and attend strategy meetings.
• Conduct Looked After Children reviews and complete care plans.
• Prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR) and Pathway Plans.
• Complete Children and Family Assessments.
• Engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
