LD Social Worker - Remote

Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced LD Social Worker to join a 6 month "step down" project based in Lewisham.

In Short

• The successful Social Worker will undertake Reviews / Reassessments of Adults with LD needs.
• Ability to complete writeups from home.
• Close-knit team providing support and learning and development.
• Capped cases to avoid burnout.
• Pay well above market average.
• Flexible hybrid working (1/2 days a week in the office maximum).
• Supportive management.
• Experience working in an Adults Learning Disabilities team required.
• Social Work England registration needed.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of reassessments with a view to stepping people down into less restrictive care.
• Hold a full UK licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
