• Undertake Care Act 2014 Assessments focusing on well-being.
• Promote independence through reablement approaches.
• Collaborate with other professionals to safeguard vulnerable adults.
• Social Work England registration required.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK licence.
• Post-qualified experience necessary.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
