In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact point for a portfolio of clients.

  • Drive strong KPI performance and ensure high retention rates.
  • Assist the Account Success Manager with onboarding tasks.
  • Travel up to 20% for conferences and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in client service or account management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
  • High quality organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM or Salesforce.
  • Reliable and self-accountable in job-related tasks.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
  • Robust internet connection required for team and client calls.
