Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in design strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• Expertise in human-centered design and design thinking.
• Experience managing medium to large-sized teams.
• Broad knowledge across multiple design disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
