Overview

The Junior Influencer Marketing Manager will support the expansion of the influencer program in target markets and build long-term relationships with creators worldwide.

• Responsible for expanding the influencer portfolio through research on social media channels.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer collaborations, including vetting and contract negotiation.
• Monitor, document, and report on influencer campaigns.

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing required.

• Fluency in English is a must; other languages are a plus.

• Possibility to work remotely or from the office in Berlin.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, economics, communication sciences, PR & Brand, or related studies.
• 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
• Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media trends.
• Interest in learning about performance marketing.
• Strong relationship management skills and data-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated with a hands-on mentality.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
