Overview

We’re looking for a CRA to ensure effective risk-proportionate monitoring of Lindus Health’s global portfolio of clinical trials.

In Short

• Ensure effective risk-proportionate monitoring of clinical trials.
• Conduct both central and onsite monitoring.
• Prepare and create reports for trial monitoring visits.
• Work closely with Clinical Operations, Product, and Commercial teams.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial monitoring.
• Understand risk-proportionate monitoring approaches.
• Strong awareness of clinical trial regulations.
• Attention to detail and confident communication skills.
• Proactive, organised, and creative mindset.
• Comfortable with travel across the US for site visits.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in clinical trial monitoring.
• Experience in developing monitoring plans.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive and organised individual.
• Experience in startup or early-stage environments is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Experience with UK/EU trials is a bonus.
• Experience in central monitoring is a bonus.
