Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

We are excited to bring on a Customer Service Representative to join our fast paced, high volume Annuity Contact Center team supporting our Insurance Operations organization in a work from home environment.

In Short

• Serve as the first point of contact for annuity customers.
• Answer inbound calls addressing customer service inquiries.
• Build rapport and educate customers about their annuity contracts.
• Utilize multiple resources/databases to assist customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
• Perform research and document customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Complete several weeks of paid training.
• Must adhere to scheduled breaks and lunches.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of general client service experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work from home in a conducive environment.
• Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps.
