As an AR Specialist for Skilled Nursing Facilities, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and timely reimbursement processes, directly contributing to the financial health of our clients.

In Short

Follow-up with payers to ensure timely resolution of all outstanding claims
Meets and maintains daily productivity/quality standards
Utilizes workflow and client host systems to collect payments
Knowledge of timely filing deadlines for each designated payer
Ability to analyze and trend claims issues
Initiate appeals when necessary

Requirements

Minimum 2 years in AR or healthcare billing
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
