In Short

• Follow-up with payers to ensure timely resolution of all outstanding claims
• Meets and maintains daily productivity/quality standards
• Utilizes workflow and client host systems to collect payments
• Knowledge of timely filing deadlines for each designated payer
• Ability to analyze and trend claims issues
• Initiate appeals when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in AR or healthcare billing
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
