Senior Software Engineer, Connectors (Part time) - Remote

Overview

LILT is seeking an experienced post-sales engineer with a localization background to ensure seamless customer experiences and manage multiple priorities.

In Short

• Part-time contract position
• Remote work from Argentina or Taiwan
• Focus on onboarding and post-sales engineering
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Provide technical expertise for customer success
• Debug and resolve issues related to LILT’s Connector stack
• Assist with localization file preparation
• Document customer configurations and playbooks
• Meet SLAs and KPIs for customer tasks
• 3+ years of experience in localization engineering

Requirements

• Understanding of localization formats (XLIFF, TMX, etc.)
• Knowledge of localization best practices
• Familiarity with common file formats (JSON, XML, etc.)
• Proficiency in RegEx for text processing
• Knowledge of localization platforms and technologies
• Coding skills in Python and Java
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
