LILT is seeking an experienced multimedia specialist with a localization background who excels in managing multimedia content and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Act as a localization subject matter expert during the pre-sales cycle.
• Scope and plan multimedia localization projects for e-learning content.
• Prepare and reintegrate source e-learning files for localization.
• Manage localization of video, voiceover, and interactive learning assets.
• Provide best practices for managing localization-ready content.
• Operate and maintain localization tools and platforms.
• Review localized content for quality and technical accuracy.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs for engineering and localization delivery.
• Strong customer-facing skills and technical expertise required.
• 3+ years of experience in multimedia localization preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-learning localization.
• Deep expertise in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI compliance.
• Proficiency in video subtitling and editing.
• Experience with video editing software.
• Familiarity with multimedia file formats.
• Exposure to CAT tools and localization platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing large file repositories.
