Overview

As a Localization Program Strategist at LILT, you will provide expertise and consultation to partners and customers, driving successful onboarding for complex localization programs.

In Short

• Consult with Enterprise customers to align SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead implementation of processes and systems for localization.
• Manage program risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Onboard new customers effectively.
• Scope new services and pricing proposals.
• Provide local support for customer engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production team performance against KPIs.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams seamlessly.
• Conduct post-mortems on key account initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years managing Enterprise-level localization programs.
• Strong command of English; Native Japanese or Mandarin preferred.
• Experience in customer onboarding.
• Ability to lead large-scale localization programs.
• Experience in Risk Management and CAPA procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Able to meet deadlines under pressure.
