Director of Product for Connectors & Integrations - Remote

Overview

The Director of Product for Connectors & Integrations will own Lilt’s integration strategy end-to-end—from roadmap to execution—driving adoption of our AI-powered enterprise platform.

In Short

• Define and own the roadmap for developer-facing features, connectors, APIs, and integration tools.
• Lead discovery and research through qualitative interviews and quantitative analysis.
• Serve as the voice of the user and become an expert on integration workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, and enterprise teams.
• Partner with engineering on PRDs, epics, sprint planning, QA, and retrospectives.
• Establish and measure OKRs, instrument product launches, and analyze outcomes.
• Communicate product performance and evangelize integrations internally and externally.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools, APIs, or integrations.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling integration frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into business value.
• Curiosity and proven ability to conduct discovery and design intuitive solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML systems preferred; familiarity with translation services is a plus.
• History of innovation with examples of developing new solutions.
