Overview

The Production Team at LILT is a global workforce, operating across four continents. We are passionate about localization and making information accessible to all. The Team spans project management, program management, quality, and talent management, working with some of the world’s largest organizations.

In Short

• Manage the end to end project management workflow.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time as per customer SLA.
• Responsible for maintaining resources and core teams to support project management work.
• Manage quality at project level including Review, Verification, QA, LQE.
• Perform ongoing risk assessment and mitigation for all production areas.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of all production workflows and processes.
• Train supporting resources on key production processes and methodology.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Localization Project Management preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
