Clinical Operations Training & Optimization Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position will provide in-office and remote training and optimization for new and existing care centers. This role will cover the Ohio and New York markets (Candidates must be local and located near an airport).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or experience in Healthcare IT.
• 1-2 years experience with athenahealth systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile required.
