Requirements

  • 5+ years in instructional design or related role.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • End-to-end project management experience.
  • Deep understanding of learning science.
  • Experience with multiple learning modalities.
  • Fluency in relevant tools (PowerPoint, LMS, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and quality review skills.
  • Strong communication skills across cultures.
  • Familiarity with generative AI for content development.
  • Experience working with global clients.
