Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting - Remote

Overview

Life360 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to support key aspects of internal and external reporting, including SEC reporting, and contribute to corporate governance reporting and technical accounting processes.

In Short

• Assist with SEC filings and investor communications.
• Prepare financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate with external auditors.
• Prepare internal financial reporting packages.
• Calculate key performance metrics.
• Assist in corporate governance reporting.
• Draft technical accounting memorandums.
• Update internal control documentation.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial reporting experience.
• CPA or similar designation required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• SOX and Workiva experience are a plus.
