Overview

The Programme Marketing Manager will be responsible for lead generation, campaigns, and brand-building activities for SSAS and Informed, focusing on customer experience to drive retention and growth.

In Short

  • Understand the Informed and SSAS brand to translate technical details into customer benefits.
  • Coordinate marketing programmes from concept to deployment.
  • Deliver online and offline communication strategies and new product development.
  • Develop customer-centric content for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Engage existing customers and drive upsells through various strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and customer success teams.
  • Plan and distribute content efficiently.
  • Attend industry seminars and events for market knowledge.
  • Develop collateral to support sales and business development.
  • Handle lead generation and contact management through CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing in the TIC or Sports nutritional sector.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in communications or marketing.
  • Managerial experience in a marketing or commercial team is desirable.
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Experience working with international teams and customers.
  • Strong CRM and Marketing Automation skills.
