The Associate Director, Product Management, Reagent Components is responsible for the LGC’s reagent component line of business including antigens, antibodies, and virus like particles. This is a key position with direct oversight of the business’ current and future product and service offering to ensure business practices, budgets, timelines, and performance objectives are measured and met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a life science discipline (MBA or PhD preferred)
• Strong understanding of the reagent component market
• 7+ years of product management and marketing experience
• History of successful global product launches
• Experience with regulatory bodies and knowledge of regulations
• Proven management experience with growth planning
