In Short

  • Lead and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to contract execution.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies integrating sales, marketing, and market trends.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain account documentation and participate in strategy discussions.
  • Oversee onboarding and launch of new partner programs.
  • Travel up to 25% for business needs.
  • Remote position with flexible work arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in regulated utility procurement.
  • 2+ years of experience managing programs or projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Solid financial analysis skills including understanding of P&L statements.
  • Experience negotiating fixed-term warranty service contracts is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver exceptional service.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated individual.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
