Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience in chiller R&D or project delivery.
• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC systems, or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• Strong knowledge in turbo compressors, heat exchangers, and magnetic bearings.
• Proven experience in aerodynamic and structural design.
• Familiarity with HVAC industry regulations and energy certification standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams, including international elements.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bi-lingual in Korean preferred.
