Energy & Sustainability Manager - Remote

Overview

The Energy & Sustainability Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

In Short

• Manage EH&S programs and compliance.
• Conduct training in emergency response and hazardous material handling.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor safety programs.
• Implement EH&S policies and procedures.
• Drive safety audits and training initiatives.
• Act as a resident expert in environmental health and safety.
• Manage injury and illness reporting and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Support ISO certification initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations managers on safety program effectiveness.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for business management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in managing EH&S programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of client service.
• Ability to deliver results in challenging environments.
