Requirements

• Completed training with relevant work experience, or technician/master in civil engineering/electrical/HLS or a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in construction management or project management, ideally with a focus on energy renovation and building technology
• Knowledge in sustainable building, energy technologies, and current legal requirements
• Knowledge of construction and contract law, VOB, DIN, ASR
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight away from home
