Level is looking for a design-forward, systems-minded Sales Enablement Manager to elevate how we show up in-market. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, design, and AI—turning ideas, insights, and positioning into polished materials that help our sales team win.

In Short

  • Own the creation, evolution, and organization of core sales assets.
  • Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
  • Support development of thought leadership assets.
  • Translate strategy and research into persuasive narratives.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research and drafting.
  • Maintain an organized library of sales materials.
  • Document enablement workflows and best practices.
  • Identify gaps in sales materials and recommend new assets.
  • Improve how enablement assets scale across teams.
  • Support ad hoc sales requests tied to active opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong visual taste and storytelling ability.
  • Experience in creating sales-ready assets.
  • Fluency in AI as a working tool.
  • Ability to create structure around complex content.
  • Proven track record in sales enablement or related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfort with making judgment calls on content and design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with version control and asset management.
