  • We are looking for a highly skilled RPA Engineer to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath.
  • You will collaborate with business stakeholders, process analysts, and developers to streamline operations.
  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Collaborate with process improvement analysts to assess automation opportunities.
  • Develop, test, and optimize RPA workflows, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Implement best practices for automation development, including governance and security.
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality automation solutions.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot deployed RPA bots.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in automation and AI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath.
  • Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot management.
  • Experience in process analysis, design, and automation development.
  • Understanding of RPA governance and best practices.
  • Familiar with programming/scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python).
  • Familiarity with API integrations, SQL, and data handling.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
