Customer Success Representative - Mortgage Specialist - Remote

A key role that involves collaborating with developers, product managers, and users to identify challenges and assist in developing effective solutions in the mortgage technology sector.

In Short

• Manage inbound user calls, chat requests, and billing inquiries.
• Provide daily support to users of various Lendesk products.
• Conduct sales calls, webinars, and demos to present Lendesk products.
• Support customers in reducing issues requiring escalation.
• Communicate effectively with end-users and colleagues.
• Serve as a mortgage process-trained representative.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Stay informed on mortgage industry trends.
• Ensure timely lender rate and policy updates.
• Develop training materials and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Customer Support/Success experience in a SaaS environment is an asset.
• Experience conducting sales calls, webinars, and product demos.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience required.
• Experience with client-facing CRM systems; knowledge of Intercom is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
