Lendbuzz is seeking a talented Dealership Account Manager to join our dynamic field sales team in Cleveland, OH, focusing on driving success in the automotive industry through innovation and diversity.

In Short

  • Identify and engage potential dealership partners to expand our network.
  • Deliver exceptional support to existing dealer partners.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Elevate brand visibility and awareness through strategic outreach.
  • 2–7 years of experience in account management or sales in automotive finance.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience in automotive lending or finance.
  • Proven experience in dealership account management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
