Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years in an analytical or commercial role in Tech, Finance, or Consulting.
• A bias for action and quick iteration based on feedback.
• Experience in start-up/scale-up environments preferred.
• Experience in credit cards, lending, or fintech is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with numerical analysis, ideally SQL.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work at speed and manage processes effectively.
