Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our engineering, operations, and design teams to write product requirements, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

In Short

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and design teams to define, document, and prioritize product requirements and specifications.
• Lead one or more scrum teams, guiding them through the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog and implementation roadmap.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders and team members.
• Utilize JIRA and other Atlassian tools to manage and track project progress.
• Make strategic prioritization decisions to balance requirements, resources, and deadlines.
• Ship new product features and increments in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market demands.
• Work independently while effectively collaborating in a team environment.

Requirements

• A degree in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or related role.
• Experience designing, building, and updating internal applications.
• Prior ownership of one or more software/digital products or product areas.
• Excellent English language communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment; Scrum/Agile certification preferred.
• Proven ability to ship new product features in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to make strategic prioritization decisions.
• Proficiency in breaking down broad product concepts into validated requirements.
• Experience using JIRA and other Atlassian tools.
