Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at IOB, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of one of IOB’s product areas, developing product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years in product management or related role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a startup environment preferred.
• Proficiency with product management tools (IOB uses ClickUp).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
