Requirements

• Experience in Performance Marketing, ideally in Gastronomy, Hospitality, or Tourism.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, and Conversion Tracking.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills for performance optimization.
• Creative sense for audience-targeted ads and messaging.
• Experience with SEA, Social Paid, and Retargeting strategies.
• Hands-on mentality and a data-driven approach.
• Fluent in German (native or C1 level).
