As a Web3 Technical Lead, you will lead a product engineering team, manage sprints, and ensure the technical delivery of projects while contributing to code and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• 2+ years of team lead or management experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
• Experience with Node.js, Express, and Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with Web3 tools and libraries.
• Implement best practices for secure development.
• Passion for fashion, music, sports, and arts is a plus.
