Overview

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring consistent and compliant staffing coverage across 11 nursing group homes. This role functions within a shared coverage model alongside a second coordinator, providing extended availability while maintaining a standard full-time workload.

• Full-time, salaried hybrid position (40 hours per week)
