Overview

The Income Protection Claims Assessor will manage claims, ensuring fair decisions while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

In Short

Requirements

  • Experience in handling Income Protection claims is desirable.
  • Awareness of compliance regulations.
  • Good medical knowledge and understanding of underwriting.
  • Understanding of financial calculations for claims payment.
  • Knowledge of reinsurance processes.
  • Ability to show empathy and sensitivity.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult calls.
