In Short

• Responsible for the successful installation of Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) cases.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including trustees and retirement plan administrators.
• Establish project plans and monitor progress against them.
• Ensure high degree of client satisfaction during the onboarding process.
• Manage data security and document information management.
• Participate in new business development and client presentations.
• Work with IT to validate and upload participant data.
• Communicate with clients regarding timelines and data discrepancies.
• Assist in refining the end-to-end installation process.
• Support senior leaders in improving quality and efficiency.
