Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in designing digital products.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, Pendo, and BI Tools.
• Strong user-centered design expertise.
• Exceptional skills in interaction design and visual polish.
• Experience mentoring designers and shaping culture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Confidence in navigating ambiguity and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
