As the Head of Learning, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving learning frameworks, leveraging advanced technologies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• 7+ years in Learning leadership roles (EdTech or corporate L&D).
• Excellent verbal and written English; able to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design models and learning science.
• Experience with LCMS/LMS systems and deploying AI/ML tools.
• Excellent project management skills and comfort with agile workflows.
• Skilled in setting KPIs and analyzing learning impact.
