In Short

• Responsible for overall management of LeapPoint, in conjunction with the CEO and other members of the Leadership Team, focusing on achievement of Revenue and Profit targets.
• Responsible for financial planning, forecasting and budgeting process with LeapPoint’s CEO and leadership team.
• Responsible for financial process review and implementation of best practices across LeapPoint.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely compilation and reporting of financial information.
• Responsible for review and analysis of all financial statements submitted to Group.
• Responsible for management and tracking of LeapPoint investments and non-billable activities.
• Responsible for working capital management to ensure cash maximization.
• Responsible to lead LeapPoint systems initiatives for quality financial reporting.
• Engagement with M&A evaluation and strategic development initiatives.
• Ownership of client contract and Statement of Work review process.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in finance or accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Mix of public accounting and private sector experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; excellent financial and managerial skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a positive/professional approach to management.
